After your payment is verfied, it takes up to 24 hours to precess and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 11 am PST will not shipped our until the next business day. If your order after 11 am PST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday. Anyway, we would try our utmost to release the package ASAP.

All orders are shipped in discreet, standard brown or white box packaging.

Once an order slip has been printed, our customers will receive an automated email stating that their order has been shipped and will provide you with your tracking number. If your order has not been received by the shipping carrier and you wish to cancel your order, please promptly contact our customer service at: Customerservice@thefreezepipe.com. Please be sure to include your name and order number so our customer service representatives can resolve this issue.
If your order has been picked up by our shipping carrier, and it is on the way to you, it would be hard to call it back since we release the package via post office(as USPS in USA, Royal Mail in UK, La Post in France, Deutsche Post in Germany…). Please kindly consider twice or 3 times to confirm your order.
Anyway, if your package is returned to the shipper, once contacted, please reach out to our customer service at: info@disposalpusher.com. Please be sure to include your name and order number so our customer service representatives can monitor your return, and provide you with a refund once received back at our warehouse facility.

If you wish to update your address before your order gets shipped out, please promptly contact us at: info@disposalpusher.com with your name, order number, and the corrected address so we may update the shipment on our end. Since the address info could not be changed after we release your package.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to add any additional funds to your account. With that being said, we are unfortunately unable to upgrade your shipping method once an order has been placed.

If you received a backorder notification, please be patient and monitor the estimated delivery date on our website. Our warehouse team will ensure that all backordered items will be shipped out to you in a timely, and effective manner.

Or you can ask your neighbor, wait a little more time like 1-3 days, or contact your local post office. As you know sometimes post office delivery has a little issue.

If you received your order broken or defective, please reach out to our customer service at: info@disposalpusher.com with your name, order number in 48 hours, and photos of your damaged unit so that our representatives can further assist you. General speaking, you will get a new replacement or refund, no worries about this issue.

If you can’t place your order because of your address, please contact us at info@disposalpusher.com with your address info., we would check post office and provide available way to you, and maybe there is USD1-10 extra fee.

If you believe you have waited for an excess amount of time and your order has still not been delivered, please check out our website’s product page to see if your item has been backordered. If so, please wait for the specified time of delivery.

If you only received part of your order, please contact our customer service at info@disposalpusher.com with your name, order number, and photos of the items you received in the box that it came in so that our representatives can further assist you. No worries, we would take photo for our package and the item, record the weight to check the shipping fee with post office. So the package weight is very important, please provide the photo of package as well, many thanks! You would get a new package or return if it is our issue.

In most case, import duties and taxes is unnecessory, you don’t need to pay for it, moreover, the total value on the shipping bill would be lower than USD20. However, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes in some special countries, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
Disposal Pusher cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

We list our prices in USD. However, for international orders the change in currency will be reflected in your bank statement.

If your order did not go through and you have received a charge in your account, please promptly contact your bank regarding this issue as we are unable to alter, or up-charge orders on our end.

Because the majority of our products are fragile and can be used for activities that are legal in some states and not in others, we do not take any returns.

We offer shipping protection to cover lost, damaged, and broken products during shipping. If you opt out of this, you are completely liable for the shipping process.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
All shipments that receive broken or defective products must report any problems within 72 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, please return with other regular products.Shipping
